Salvus House

Salvus House is an award winning office development in the heart of Durham City. Since opening, it has attracted businesses from a range of sectors including architecture, finance, digital and disruptive technology.

The business centre offers twenty four offices from 164 to 4,274 sq ft, as well as three meeting rooms and a conference suite, which are available to hire for both tenants and external companies. It also provides hot desks and flexible working.

Salvus House is home to the Durham City Incubator, providing intensive fully funded support to new businesses, as well as offering co-working space and hot-desks on the ground floor of the building.

In addition, the building’s central North East location gives easy access to the A167, A690 and A691, and wider UK.
