Bedlington Town Centre
A two phased regeneration project in the heart of Bedlington town centre. Phase 1 is providing infrastructure to service new development plots including a new Aldi store. Phase 2 plans to demolish obsolete properties on the Market Place and construct a small parade of retail units with apartments above.
