A two year pilot scheme that is supporting 6 commercial office and industrial development schemes across the North East. The scheme is demonstrating the need for public intervention to stimulate and support marginal commercial schemes to overcome market failures. The pilot is enabling over 33,000sqm of new /refurbished floorspace and has secured almost £40m in private sector investment.
