The project is to deliver 5MW power to the Hillthorn Business Park site to facilitate follow on planned developments. The infrastructure will help secure investors and occupiers and free up additional supply within the existing network for the nearby International Advanced Manufacturing Park. The capital cost consist of the works are:

· Additional 5MW energy supply routed to Hillthorn Business Park

· Power infrastructure works to substation

· Energy connections to 9 proposed development plots over 2 phases.

This critical infrastructure will unlock the development of Phase 1 comprising 322,850 sq ft (35,303m²).
