Sam is Executive chairman of a chemical development and manufacturer, High Force Research Ltd based in Durham and CEO of LightOx Ltd, developing oral cancer therapies. With a demonstrated history of working in the medical technologies and commercialisation, Sam has successfully built a number of companies in the North East.
Working across a range of industrial applications including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, and life sciences, Sam was also a Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and a passionate advocate of entrepreneurial activities in the region.
